SPAIN - Produced in the small region of Albacete within the territories of Castilla La Mancha, Bodega Pardo Tolosa’s 2007 “Senda de las Rochas” is 100% Tempranillo and is designated as a ‘very high quality’ wine. The old vines in the vineyard are known for developing incredible expressions of the native varietals and the site’s close proximity to the Mediterranean allows for an idyllic setting for producing red wines. The 2007 Senda de las Rochas displays a maroon-ruby color with powerful aromas of dry fruits, oak, spices, toasted seeds, and hints of cedar. On the palate, the wine is full bodied with compelling fruit flavors and well-polished tannins that leave a lasting finish. An excellent pairing to grilled fish or pork tenderloin.
