From Occidental’s own Estate Horseshoe Bend Vineyard comes this finely structured, brightly flavored 2006 Pinot Noir. Not only was 2006 the first commercial release of Pinot Noir from Occidental Road Cellars, but it marks an exceptional growing year as well. Winemaker Richard Prather utilized a traditional Burgundian winemaking style to highlight the concentrated fruit aromas and flavors of dried black cherry and raspberry. This is a delightfully ‘fruit-forward’ wine that is aging beautifully, and ready to be enjoyed!
